Oil Coolers are used to cooling tower reject the heat generated by the spindle bearings during high rpm operations there by increasing the life of the bearing and assisting in attaining accuracy. The Spindle Oil/Coolant is drawn from the SS sump available in the cooler and circulated through the cooling circuits of the spindle. The unit utilizes a Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger to transfer heat at a constant level and maintains the sump temperature uniformly.
